Cancellation & Refund Policy

You are requested to make cancellation requests with valid booking details as per the defined policies within 30 days from the travel date to claim the advance amount. Kindly go through the cancellation policy given below :

Please be informed that the cancellation policy is applicable for packages booked with a minimum of 40% advance of the total amount. The cancellation charge applies in certain cases as it completely depends on the amount we might recover from the vendors like hoteliers and cab operators we patronize.

For cancelling tour packages booked for a maximum of 6 adults and with up to two rooms, following are the refund criteria:

If you are cancelling 30 days before the arrival, you will be refunded with the full amount of advance payment. If you are cancelling the trip 30-22 days prior to the arrival, 20% of the advance amount will be charged as a cancellation charge by the company and the rest of the amount will be refunded. If the cancellation is initiated 21-11 days prior to arrival, 50% of the advance amount will be charged as a cancellation charge by the company. In case of 'No Show' or last-minute cancellations between less than 10 days prior to the arrival, 100% of the advance amount will be charged and no refunds are applicable in this case.

For cancelling tour packages booked for more than 6 adults and with more than two rooms, following are the refund criteria:

If you are cancelling 30 days before the arrival, you will be refunded with the full amount of advance payment. If you are cancelling the trip 30-14 days prior to the arrival, 50% of the advance amount will be charged as a cancellation charge by the company and the rest of the amount will be refunded. If the cancellation is initiated within less than 13 days to arrival, it will be considered as a 'No Show' or last-minute cancellation. In that case, 100% of the advance amount will be charged and no refunds are applicable.

Refund criteria considered during Peak Season is to refund the full amount if you are initiating the cancellation 30 days prior to the arrival. Any cancellations after this time period will be considered as a 'No Show' and no refund is applicable during the peak season which includes long weekends, Dussehra holidays, Pooja Holidays, Diwali Holidays and Christmas New Year Holidays (15th December to 10th January)

Refund: Payments will be refunded by cheque or through credit card transactions within a minimum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the ticket.
